Orders are sent out to our patients directly from the pharmacy. All shipping charges are billed by the pharmacy when the prescriptions are filled. All shipping questions need to be handled directly by the Pharmacy staff. Your tracking number will be confirmed to you by email from the specific shipping provider once the specific shipping provider has assigned a tracking number to your order – usually by 8pm EST. All orders from both pharmacies are shipped in boxes (at no additional charge).
