The doctor usually prescribes a 30 day supply of medication. To receive your medication on a timely basis, you should request your refill after (count 25 days from the date on your prescription container). To order your refill(s), please contact your pharmacy directly. Their contact information is located on your prescription bottle. All refills must be requested by contacting your pharmacy directly. An independently contracted, US-licensed physician and an FDA certified pharmacy have the final authority to approve or disapprove medications and/or treatment requests.
