Accurate MD Online Doctor - Patient Feedback(Below are some of the Patients emails we have received)
I am new to your company and decided to use AccurateMD about a week ago. I rarely write companies to let them know how my interactions were with them, but after having used your service for the first time recently, I felt compelled to send a note to let you folks know what a positive experience I had. I approached using a service such as this online with a great deal of skepticism and did a good deal of research prior to selecting your company to use. Needless to say, I was pleased that all of the positive feedback that I read regarding your excellent customer service as well as your professional, caring, and punctual doctors was right on the money.
I had faxed my medical records after your closing hours (EST) on Friday evening, yet I had already received a response the following morning outlining additional information required to get set up in your system and schedule a consult. While some may view this attention to detail as an inconvenience, I was actually happy to know that your company is exacting with respect to requirements and details and demands appropriate documentation to ensure adequate protection of your company and your patients. I faxed the additional information, again on Saturday, and was entered into your system that same day and scheduled a consult for the following Monday. The Dr. called me right on time, seemed genuinely caring, concerned, knowledgeable about the condition outlined in my medical records, and told me that he would help me. While this comment about wanting to help may be seemingly innocuous, it was nice to hear a medical professional say that to me as I have never gotten that type of treatment from my primary care physician. I received the medication prescribed the following day from Avee. Please extend my appreciation and feedback to the physician that I spoke with and let him know that it does make a difference to patients to be treated professionally and to hear a Dr. tell them that they want to help.
Additionally, the medication I was given is working as hoped and even though it has only been a few short days, I have already experienced marked improvement in my day to day quality of life and for the first time in quite some time have a positive outlook on the future. Your company has certainly earned my continuing patronage and I will recommend your company wholeheartedly to people I know who are seeking similar help.

I just wanted to let you know I received my medicine today! I would like to leave some great feedback on your website if you tell me how. What your site has done to help me with my pain is such a blessing. Your CS was so patient with me and trust me all the emails and questions that has to be a great person. I have to tell you how impressed I am. I wasn't sure about this internet process, but your doctor was wonderful. For the first time I was able to talk about pain and medications that helped and I didn't have to feel ashamed or embarrassed like I was asking for something I don't need. Thank you! I did this because we're temporarily out of insurance, but man, I've never been so happy with a doctor in my life.
